beans in your ears

I just couldn’t do a green beans post without fishing this photo treasure out of the archives. Presenting for your viewing pleasure: the Hanko children circa mid-1960’s (from left: Kathy, Mark, my lovely mother Carole, and Fred) snapping beans and goofing off. Life is as fun as you make it.

  1. Wow – this could have been taken in my childhood kitchen. I think every midwest kitchen in the 60’s had “Grace” by Eric Enstrom hanging on the wall; behind Fred’s head đŸ˜‰

As I was reading your “diary” this picture immediately “popped” into my head! LOVE that you included it in your posting! Love you – Auntie Carol

Carole and Kathy could easily be you and Annie. The resemblance is uncanny.
